Online Booking accepted up to three days in advance of check-in and weekends require a minimum two- night stay.

All prices are in U.S. dollars based upon double occupancy. Longer term rates are available. Laundry services are available for long-term guests.
Self Check-In is provided. You will be notified of the process via email 2 days prior to check in.
Building and parking lot is for staying guests only. No outside guests permitted in the building, porch or outside parking lot.
Check-in time is 4 pm
Checkout time is 10:00 am.
Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel, please do so 14 days prior to your stay. Cancellations made prior to 14 days will receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations after 14 days will incur charges for the entire reservation unless the room is rebooked. Rebooked rooms are subject to $20 booking fee.
Long-term Stays (in excess of 10 days) require a 30-day cancellation notice. Cancellations prior to 30 days will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations after 30 days will incur charges of $200
We are a Non-smoking and no-pet property. No firearms are permitted.
